A camera is shown in the parking lot.
Announcer A: We are awaiting the arrival of Mr. Boulay, the WWF Owner and President. He has some important news to announce.
A black limo is shown coming towards the camera in the parking area.
Announcer A: Announcer B, could this be him?
The limo driver opens the door. The camera rolls as a shiny black shoe is shown stepping out of the limo. The unknown man steps out of the limo and begins to walk towards the arena. The camera pans out and you can now see that it is Jay Boulay.
Announcer B: IT IS HIM!
Mr. Boulay walks through the backstage area towards the entrance to the ring.
Announcer A: He's coming to the ring now! We find out what he has to say after this break, stay tuned folks!
Fades to commercial...
After returning from the commercial, the arena turns to black as "For the Love of Money" plays throughout the arena. Mr. Boulay appears from behind the curtains with the same attire he was seen with in the backstage area, a black business suit and shiny shoes. He goes straight to the ring and gets a microphone.
Announcer B: I wonder what he has to say?
Jay Boulay: Hello fans! (crowd cheers). I have a lot to say tonight, so lets get straight to it. I don't know where to start...First, I would like to respond to GM Word's proposal. GM Word, I will take your proposal into consideration and will let you know. I think I like calling the shots. Since I'm calling the shots now, I'm going to make a few changes. First change is, the so called "X-treme Championship" will now be called the Hardcore Championship. Next, is the creation of two new titles, the Intercontinental Title and the United States Title, which both are vacant. Murder made a challenge to Kyle Watson earlier and that match is official. On Friday it will be Murder vs. Kyle Watson in a Last Man Standing Match. The winner of that match will also become the number 1 contender and face Jason X-treme next week on Freakout for the Hardcore Championship. Also on Friday Night Freakout we will have Titus Kintopp vs. D-Money for the United States Championship. Also, Jason X-treme vs. Colby Anderson in the World Heavyweight Tournament Match, and Paul Garon vs. A-bomb in a regular match. These are the matches for this Friday, so everyone may begin to RP. We will be having a World Heavyweight Tournament to crown a champion and the first match starts on Friday. The next Pay-Per-View will be called Total Mayhem and will be held on Sunday, August 22, 2004. There are no matches scheduled for the event yet. That is all for now, and have a good night.

Announcer A: WOW! A bunch of matches made for Friday, new championships, title name changed, a tournament, a Pay-Per-View date, he wasn't kidding when he said he a lot of stuff to say.
