(5) As of May 6, 2002, the title is now refered to as the WWE Women's Title.
(6) Due to a pre-match stipulation, the title can change hands in this tag team match between Trish Stratus and Buh-Buh Ray Dudley against Jazz and Steven Richards. Trish Stratus defeated Jazz to win the title.
(7) Trish Stratus defeated Victoria and Jazz in a three-way match to win the title.
(8) In a battle royal, Gail Kim eliminated Victoria to win the title.
(9) Victoria defeated Lita, Jazz and Molly Holly in a four-way match to win the title.
(10) Trish Stratus defeated Lita, Gail Kim, and Victoria in a four-way match to win the title.
(11) Trish Stratus retires. A tournament is set and in the finals, Lita defeated Mickie James to win the title.
(12) In a triple threat match between Mickie James, Melina, and Victoria, Mickie James pinned Victoria to win the title.
(13) Jonathan Coachman felt Melina was due an immediate rematch because Mickie James pinned Victoria, not the champion. Melina regained the championship in the match.
