Former WWE Diva, Gail Kim, was born in Toronto, Ontario Canada, with Korean decent. Gail Kim grew up in Toronto and attended secondary school at York Memorial Collegiate Institute. Gail Kim was a natural athlete and participated in many sports such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball and badminton. Gail Kim went on to enroll at the University of Toronto and majored in kinesology, the science of human movement. However, Gail Kim later transferred to Ryerson University, changing her major to nutrition. Gail Kim has moved to Tampa, Florida and is apart of the current Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) roster.

In December 2000, Gail Kim made her professional wrestling debut wrestling for Toronto's Apocalypse Wrestling Federation after enrolling in the promotion to train for the profession. Her original character, "La Felina", required her to wear a mask. She eventually lost the mask in a match against Tracy Brooks.

In October 2002, Gail Kim officially signed a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment, making her WWE debut on December 7, 2002 at a live event. Her first match had a defeat Dawn Marie in a bra and panties match. Gail Kim continued on the road with WWE doing bikini contests and occasional diva tag matches. Then on the June 9, 2003 edition of RAW, Vignettes played featuring Gail Kim with a "Matrix" gimmick. Then on June 30, Gail Kim made her RAW debut, winning a 7-Diva Battle Royal to win the WWE Women's Championship. Gail Kim suffered a fractured right collarbone in a match on November 10, 2003's RAW with Trish Status. Gail Kim made her RAW return in April, 2004.

Gail Kim remained in WWE until officially being released by the company on November 3, 2004. Her released was taken as a total shock by most.

Now gone from WWE, Gail Kim began working international dates in early 2005. After working for several promotions such as Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling in Korea and Toryumon X of Mexico, Warrior 1 Wrestling and World Series Wrestling in Austrillia. During this period, January 22, 2005-October 8, 2005, many of Gail Kim's matches were against Nidia, another former WWE Diva who was released from the company.

Then on October 8, 2005, Gail Kim debuted for TNA, valeting for the heel group of Jeff Jarrett and America's Most Wanted. Then on November 26, 2005, another former WWE Diva, Jackie Gayda, showed up during a match involving Jeff Jarrett and slapped Jarrett before getting into a catfight with Gail Kim.

At this point, Gail Kim left to work on her current movie project, "Princess", in which she plays an assassin.

On December 17, 2005, Gail Kim returned to TNA and demanded answers from Jeff Jarrett regarding Gayda. Jarrett refused to tell her. Then on the December 31st edition of TNA iMPACT!, Jackie Gayda revealed Jarrett had agreed to hire her but instead hired Gail Kim in her place as valet.

"Princess", the movie in which Gail Kim recently worked on, is currently in post-production as of December 20, 2005. The movie, directed by Babar Ahmen, is currently slated for a 2007 release. Plot summary: "A high school teenage girl in America finds out that she is the last living heir to the Kingdom of Samarza.
